Article Processing Charge

Jurnal Hukum Positum applies a processing fee starting with Volume 11, No. 2 (2026).

Upon receiving an acceptance decision from our Editor, authors are required to pay an article processing fee. This fee ensures we can maintain the high quality standards of JOURNAL HUKUM POSITUM, which covers various aspects of our editorial and publishing process. 

Article Processing Fee (APC):

The standard Article Processing Fee is IDR 500,000.

Please note that authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia are exempt from this fee, reflecting our commitment to fostering international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

As part of our commitment to being a non-profit publication, authors with articles that object to the article processing fee can request a fee waiver from the journal's management.
