About the Journal
Jurnal Hukum Positum published by the Master of Law Program, Faculty of Law, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang. It is published periodically every June and December. This journal is published periodically every June and December. The journal's scope relates to research on legal concepts within the scope of sustainable Indonesian legal development, combined with a comparative approach. The journal focuses on the development and transformation of Indonesian law within the framework of sustainable development, emphasizing the interaction between national legal systems, global legal trends, and comparative legal perspectives. It welcomes normative, empirical, socio-legal, interdisciplinary, and comparative legal studies that contribute to the advancement of legal theory, legal reform, governance, and justice in addressing contemporary societal challenges. Articles are published in Indonesian and English.
Jurnal Hukum Positum editorial team accepts manuscripts containing conceptual studies and research findings in the legal field. Published manuscripts represent the personal opinions of the researchers and do not reflect the opinions of the editorial team and/or the Faculty of Law at Singaperbangsa University, Karawang. Articles published in the Positum Law Journal undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the acceptance or rejection of an article is the sole discretion of the Editorial Board, based on the recommendations of the peer reviewers.
