Focus and Scope

Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum the Journal of Legal Studies, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of legal science on legal issues, concepts in the level of theory and practice, court decisions, analysis of government and local government policy, and others. Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum is a form of writing research results both from academic community Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang in general and the results of the authors in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, and active participation of other authors outside the Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is addressed to all students, the public, experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, NGOs, and observers of the law. Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum has been registered by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).

We are interested in topics that are generally related to legal issues in Indonesia and throughout the world.

Articles submitted may cover topical issues in Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Commercial Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Penology, Victimology, Criminology, Constitutional Law, Employment Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Child Protection Law, Customary Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, and Environmental Law.
